Generated entirely in your browser — nothing you type or upload leaves your device. Pattern styles stay scannable, but always test the finished code with two phones before printing.

How it works

The code stores a standard tel: link — the same format a “call us” button uses. When someone scans it, their dialer opens with your number filled in. They tap call when they're ready; nothing dials by itself.

  1. Enter your number in full international format — +1 for the US.
  2. Optional: add your logo, pick a pattern style and match the colors to your brand.
  3. Download a PNG for screens or an SVG for your print shop.

Where businesses put theirs

  • Service vehicles and trailers: a tap-to-call code turns a parked van into a lead generator.
  • Storefront signs: “Scan to call about an appointment” beats a tiny printed number at night.
  • Real-estate and yard signs: buyers call the moment interest strikes, not later.
  • Direct mail and flyers: calling should never cost more effort than one scan.

Good to know

  • Always the country code. You can't control whose phone scans a printed code; a +1-prefixed number works for everyone.
  • It opens a dialer, not a call. The customer confirms before anything connects — which is why people trust scanning it.
  • Keep the quiet zone. Print at 2 cm / 0.8 in or larger and test with two phones before a print run.

Common questions

What does a phone QR code do when scanned?

It opens the phone's dialer with your number already typed in — the customer just taps call. No app to install, no number to remember or mistype.

Is this phone QR code generator free?

Yes. No signup, no account, no watermark. The code is generated in your browser, and the PNG and SVG downloads are yours to use anywhere.

Should I include the country code?

Yes, always — use the full international format like +1 617 555 1234. A code printed on a card or flyer may be scanned by visitors or downloaded by anyone, and a local-only number fails abroad.

Can I add my logo to the code?

Yes. Upload your logo and it appears in the center of the code; error correction is raised to its highest level (30%) to keep it scannable. You can also pick a pattern style and shape the corner eyes to match your brand.

More than a code

Profit can build the whole campaign

A tap-to-call code is one asset. Tell Profit what you’re promoting and it drafts the full set — a short video, social captions, a QR code, a flyer, an email and more, all sharing the same message.
